I recently stayed at Real Beds in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The staff was friendly and the rooms were large. The bathroom looked fresh and new, and the internet was fast. The hotel is located close to Bernabeu stadium and public transportation, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room I stayed in was clean and the staff was accommodating, allowing us to use the breakfast room and outdoor area until our room was ready. They also let us leave our luggage there for a few hours. it was a great experience.
I would recommend this hotel.

The room and bathroom were clean, which was a positive aspect of our stay. the friendly staff and large rooms were appreciated, providing comfort during our city break. The location of the hotel in a quiet and safe neighborhood was also a key advantage, allowing us to explore the city without any worries.
The general areas of the hotel appeared worn and tired. The thin walls meant that noise from other rooms was easily heard, disrupting the peacefulness.

The room at Real Beds Madrid was spacious and had a great working desk, perfect for my needs. The closets had ample space for my luggage, and I appreciated the common areas where I could relax. The backyard space was a nice bonus as well.
I did encounter a few issues during my stay. The instructions for getting in were incomplete, causing some stress and confusion.

Real Rooms has a great location, close to Bernabeu stadium and surrounded by embassies. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly, accommodating early arrivals and letting guests use the breakfast room. The bathrooms, though somewhat tight, are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast room staff is helpful, despite language barriers. The hotel also offers a nice backyard space and convenient access to public transportation.
The pillows in the rooms are quite hard.

My stay at Real Beds Madrid Bed & Breakfast was excellent. The building and room were clean and secure, and it was easy to find. The spacious room had great working desks and good-sized closets. The common spaces were perfect for relaxing, and the kitchen was a great asset. The location was convenient, and the staff, especially the manager/owner Rosa, were incredibly attentive. Rosa made us feel welcome and even helped us communicate in Spanish. Thanks to Rosa and her staff for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The single room was so cozy and comfortable, it felt like a home away from home. The flat-screen TV was a great bonus for relaxing after a long day exploring Madrid. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat. I loved every moment of my stay!
Personally, I found the shared lounge a bit crowded and noisy at times. But hey, to each their own, right?
